Hello! Iโ€™m a Canadian artist and designer specializing in coloured pencil and mixed media. When Iโ€™m not creating art, I love helping other artists by sharing tips and tricks that have helped me. You can find me on all of my social channels @barbsotiart or check out my past Q&A articles for COLORED PENCIL Magazine or my co-hosting appearances on the Sharpened Artist Colored Pencil Podcast.

Quick little jellyfish acrylic gouache painting on this hot Wednesday afternoon. That feeling when you try a new type of paper for the first time and it actually turns out alright! ๐Ÿ˜„ Ok so fun fact: I donโ€™t actually drink coffee, but I love painting coffee cups! ๐Ÿ˜„ Iโ€™ve been listening to a lot of audio books lately but this one was worth buying the hard copy for! @lisacongdon is not only an incredible artist and business woman but her podcast has quickly become one of my favourites as well.
